• What We Offer:

    • Woodstock Afterschool serves children ages 3-8 years old

    • We will pick your PRE-K child at WES and walk them over to Afterschool

    • We provide a safe and nuturing place for your child to be a child while you be an adult

    • We provide snack, indoor play, art, puzzles, games and an hour of outdoor time each day!

    • Afterschool is open until 5:15PM each school day

    • Tution is 175$/week/child

    • We adhere to the Woodstock Elementary School calender at this time -which can be found here.

    • Our parent handbook can be found here with more information on all of our policies/what to bring/etc.

  • How to Register:

    • Please complete our Enrollment Form which can be found at the Enrollment tab of our website.

    • Please upload your child’s most recent Well-Child check up with your Enrollment Form (can be emailed later)

    • Please upload your child’s most recent Immunizaion Records with your Enrollmnet Form (can be emailed later)

    • A deposit of one week’s tuition is required to hold your spot. We will email you after we have recieved your application to coordinate.

  • Child Care Financial Assistance:

    • You can apply for Child Care Financil Assistance here

    • Please put Woodstock Afterschool Program as your child’s school name. Your assistance specialist will add your award letter to our login system and your family will recieve your approved assistance to attend our program.

    • If you are already approved for assistance, please ask your specialist to switch your award letter to Woodstock Afterschool Program.
