We will pick your child up at WES and walk them over to Afterschool

Afterschool is open until 5:15PM each school day

Weekly tution is 175$/week

We are open for the calender school year at this time.

Registration includes-Completing enrollment packet (Enrollment tab), current immunization records and physcial (either uploaded or emailed), and one week’s tuition (Administrative Director will follow up with families to complete payment).

You can apply for Child Care Financial Assistance here and put Woodstock Afterschool Program as school name. Please make a note on your appiication that Woodstock Afterschool Program will be opening in October. Once we are open, your assistance specialist can add our name to your award letter in the system and your family will recieve your approved assistance to attend our program. If you are already approved for assistnace, once we are open your specialist can add our name to your award letter and switch your assistance to Woodstock Afterschool Program.
