How We Support Our Staff

    • Understanding the functions of behavior and what children are communicating

    • Practicing current, evidence-based intervention techniques that support both children and adults

    • Developing and maintaining positive, healthy child–child and child–adult relationships

    • Understanding and supporting appropriate and healthy social-emotional development

  • Ongoing opportunities to build your professional “toolbox”, increasing your confidence and capacity to support children with diverse needs
